Blockages in your drainage system can be caused through a number of reasons, Northern Drainage will first make use of CCTV in the pipeline if possible, to see what is the cause of the obstruction. We will then use high pressure water jets to clear
the blockage.

Following that, another cctv inspection will be conducted along the pipeline to pinpoint any potential issues such as pipe displacement, cracks, root intrusions, or collapse.

Your engineer will discuss the CCTV with you and advise of any

If you are having issues with water overflowing outside your property this could be a faulty gully, these can often be cleaned out using the high pressure jetting technique.High pressure jetting is a highly effective technique. It can clear out blockages and unwanted buildup, restoring correct free flow.

However if your property is quite old then a gully swap may be required as old pot gullies are subject to cracking/collapsing.
